Olwen’s expertise and passion are in developing innovative cultures within organizations large and small. Her company, Worlding, uses a proprietary blend of Creative Problem Solving and personal and organizational development methods including MBTI, FourSight, Whole Brain Thinking and Appreciative Inquiry.

Through consulting, coaching, training, facilitation and team dynamics, combining management and innovation methods with interpersonal intelligence, Worlding guides its clients to find solutions to better working and innovating together. She has 30 years of international, interdisciplinary experience and degrees in Clinical Psychology and the Economics of Development.

She facilitates several global networks of specialists in creativity, innovation and innovative leadership. She regularly participates in Creativity and Innovation Events such as CPSI, CREA Conference, Créa-Université, ACRE and ECCI. Currently, she is Vice-President and Treasurer of Créa- France.
