Newell Eaton
Newell is an executive coach and creative change facilitator who partners with other leaders to develop entrepreneurial teams, organizations and communities. After 35 years serving as a leader and change agent tackling complex organizational challenges inside the public and private sectors he shifted his focus bringing his passion for intentional change to work as an independent consultant and subcontractor.
Since making that shift in 2004 Newell has been privileged to work with over 50 senior leaders on innovative change projects. He has coached and consulted with leaders from the following fields: computer gaming, global HR, bio-tech, alternative energy, artificial intelligence, venture capital, pharmaceuticals, IT, real estate and executive search along with a wide mix of not-for-profit, philanthropic and government organizations. Newell is a certified master NLP practitioner and continues his formal training through the “Coaching Excellence in Organizations” program for experienced coaches operated by the Newfield Network and the Institute for Generative Leadership.
He has served on the faculty for many university and professional association programs offering courses and workshops on leadership, coaching, innovation, change and communications.Member of the Creative Education Foundation, the Organizational Development Network of New York and the American Society of Training and Development.
