Andrea Montuschi was born in Brescia (Italy), where he studied foreign languages and then graduated in Economics. After graduation he spent 6 years in London working for international companies in the staff satisfaction and market research sectors. In 2003 he moved back to Italy, continuing his career as a human resources and marketing consultant and working as a creative problem solving facilitator.

After two years as Executive Director of CREA he joined Towers Watson as a Consultant, assuming responsibility for the “Employee Surveys” practice in Italy. Andrea is an improvisational theatre actor and for several years he has been volunteering as a hospital-clown in Milan.
