Certification in Foursight
Understanding and Working with Creative Problem Solving Styles
Research and practice have revealed that individuals differ in how they interact with the Creative Problem Solving process. In fact, people will vary in the energy and enjoyment related to the fundamental aspects of the creative process: problem identification, idea generation, solution development, and implementation planning. The FourSight assessment tool is designed to help people identify their preferences within the CPS process.
Respondents gain insight into their degree of preference for these four areas called: Clarifier, Ideator, Developer, and Implementer. Used with more than 20,000 people around the world, FourSight has supported creativity training programs, team-building programs, professional development, and organizational development.
The purpose of this program is to (1) provide participants with insights into their own unique creativity style, and (2) enable participants to feel confident and competent should they wish to incorporate FourSight into their own professional work.
