Franca Leeson
Franca is a Colleague with Thinkx Intellectual Capital, where she uses her wide range of skills: design, writing, web mastery, and meditation to fulfill the duties of what she refers to as chief scullery maid. Franca has been studying meditation since 1981 and teaching it since 2000. She has presented facilitation, meditation, and creativity sessions at Mindcamp in Toronto, Canada since its inception, at CREA in Italy since 2005, and at CPSI in Atlanta in 2007.
Franca’s particular interest and gift is in helping people enrich their personal and creative lives by developing a meditation practice that extends into all areas of their experience. She likes to show how eastern techniques and their attendant philosophies can be accessible and relevant to western people without intensive training or deep scholarship.When she’s not meditating, teaching, or saving the bacon at Thinkx, she’s playing the cello, viola, violin, drums or whatever other instrument she can get her hands on.ever other instrument she can get her hands on.
