Ingrid De Clercq is co-founder of CONGAZ, that specializes in Tuning your Organization and People for Innovation”. Noticing that companies often spend a lot of effort on the process-side of innovation, but a lot less on the human component, they focus on the people side of innovation. How do you compose an innovative team? What is an innovative organization design? Which culture stimulates creativity? How do you deal with diversity? As such Ingrid has been working on projects of building entrepreneurial teams, developing, launching and coaching innovation programs for larger companies, and building HR in young, innovative companies. She brings her experience with startups to the established companies and vice versa. She lectures on team composition for entrepreneurial teams for Imperial College, London, the University of Brussels (VUB) and Erasmus College in Brussels.
She is currently studying at the International Center for Studies in Creativity, of the State University of New York, Buffalo, and is a certified MBTI-trainer Type I & II, and a certified FourSight trainer. From 2003 till 2007 Ingrid worked as an Associate Consultant for Galilei, developing and delivering career management programs, executive coaching, leading in times of change, resilience, 360° feedback discussions, etc.
Previously, she was a Human Resources Manager at Planet Internet, helping it to grow from a start-up of 18 people to a company of 350 within 4 years. She was responsible for the design, development and implementation of the entire human resources strategy.
