Sharon is a Vice President, Synovate, a global marketing research firm. She is based in New York City. For Synovate she leads a team that designs and manages customer loyalty and global research efforts. In addition, she designs and delivers workshops on creativity and facilitates problem solving sessions throughout Synovate and clients. Ms. Walsh previously worked at American Express as a research manager and at Young & Rubicam as an account planner applying consumer insights into direct marketing strategy. She has a B.A. in Anthropology & Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She has an M.S. in Creative Studies from Buffalo State College. Her research on curiosity has been published in Business Creativity: A Practitioners Handbook as a chapter called “Curiosity: May kill the cat but will breathe life into your creativity”. sharon_walsh@yahoo.com
