Nicole Velik is a Brand Strategist and Innovation Facilitator. She hails from down under, Sydney, Australia.

Nicole specializes in facilitating and training ideation sessions. She has trained fellow employees at Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners in ideation facilitation. She has facilitated sessions with clients such as Panasonic, Toyota Motor Corporation, CIT, Edward Jones, John Frieda and Mohegan Sun.
Bringing a little magic into the corporate world, Nicole has run workshops in African dance in order to stimulate ideas and fresh thinking. She has danced for 8 years and trained at the source in Guinea, West Africa.
Nicole is similarly passionate about Internal Company Branding and has worked on the internal re-brand of Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners "Serious Chutzpah" as well as CIT's "Capital Redefined". Her passion for cultural change led her to co-create a global exchange program across 100 Saatchi & Saatchi offices worldwide.
Nicole has a BA Communications (Advertising & Marketing) from CSU, Australia and is undertaking a Certificate in Organizational Development from New York University.
