Deborah Potts, Ph.D. has a passion for creativity that began with her childhood involvement in creative dramatics at Baltimore's Children's Theatre. Now beyond childhood but never grown up, she brings this passion to her work as a qualitative research and innovation consultant. Deborah helps corporations with new product and service development, guiding them through a process that begins with consumer immersion and ends with the testing of developed concepts. As a psychologist, she applies her expertise in social science theory and practice to her work. Most recently, she's been working with storytelling as way to help people express themselves. Deborah is co-author of Moderating to the Max: A full-tilt guide to creative, insightful focus groups and depth interviews.
