David spent 12 year and obtained 3 degrees working in Computer Science - and then woke up one morning in HR. Having been a key member and leader of the Royal Mail Innovation Lab team, David has basked in the glory of some incredibly talented people, and created a world renowned corporate centre for creativity and innovation; more recently, he's been dabbling in the black art of Organisation Development. In other lives, David designs websites (mainly for contemporary British artists) and photographs weddings and portraits. He is also a keen amateur astronomer and currently building an observatory in the South of France.
