Alicia Castillo worked at the research field for 10 years studying biological systems and biochemical processes.
Besides her bachelor in Biology she has a Master degree in Biochemistry. After the research period she changed to study Learning, Communication and other related topics in Human beings starting with three certifications in NLP - the last one done at the NLP comprehensive Institute in Denver, Colorado.
Alicia also studied: Mind Mapping, Kinesiology, Accelerated Learning, CPS Model for creativity, African dance, Improvisation Theater, Memory techniques and Neurology Paths for learning.
She facilitates Creativity, Communication, Leadership and Learning processes in the most important organizations of her country (Mexico) and Latin America.
