[ Document pas disponible en français ]
Organizations are recognizing that there is a strong correlation between how well people perform in their jobs and the quality of their working relationships. The “soft” skills of leadership are now considered to be essential to the development and retention of talented people in most organizations. During this program, we will explore the choices available to us in our conscious evolution as leaders who must manage people, products, processes and environments that lead to innovative results. We will examine the use of coaching as an effective leadership approach to improving performance. The CPS Thinking Skills Model will also be used as a framework for successful leadership.
Language: The program will be offered in English.
