Facilitation is fast becoming a core competency for all leaders who want to make team work more effective and productive. This program will focus on the principles and practices that lie at the core of skillful facilitation and help individuals to create a dynamic group setting in which people truly collaborate, come up with creative solutions, and make sound decisions.
Using the Creative Problem Solving – Thinking Skills framework, participants will deepen their facilitation skills and practice all facilitation stages, from the assessment of the task through the design and delivery of the session to the follow-up steps that need to be taken afterward.

• Improve their facilitation skills through self-assessment and expert feedback on facilitator's core competencies and practices;
• Develop their facilitation skills, by facing various facilitation challenges and leveraging facilitation opportunities throughout the program;
