Matti Hemmi is the Managing Partner of Inknowation.
Located in Madrid, Spain, Inknowation has allowed him to convert his two passions (Transactional Analysis and Creative Thinking) in his full time work after spending 15 years as Managing Director of an engineering organization.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Counselling.
He is a certified trainer in Six Thinking Hats by De Bono Thinking Systems, and an accredited facilitator of MBTI.
He has received extensive international training on Creative Thinking and on Transactional Analysis, since 1997.
Matti is also a Certified Executive Coach.
