Janice Francisco, earned an MSc in Creativity and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity, New York.
With 20+ years experience as a facilitator, change leader, project manager, instructional designer, trainer and speaker Janice founded BridgePoint Effect in 2001 in Ottawa, Canada.
She has developed expertise in facilitating results-based creative organizational change and development interventions for complex, ambiguous situations faced by horizontal, cross-functional and cross-government work teams within the Canadian federal government.
