Andrea Montuschi was born in Brescia (Italy), where he studied foreign languages and then graduated in Economics.

After graduation he spent 6 years in London working for international companies in the staff satisfaction and market research sectors.

In 2003 he moved back to Italy, continuing his career as a human resources and marketing consultant, and working as a facilitator of creative problem solving.

After two years as Executive Director of CREA he joined Towers Perrin as a Consultant, specialising in people satisfaction and engagement studies.

Andrea is a trained hospital-clown and he is studying improvisational theatre.
