Andrea Montuschi was born in Brescia (Italy), where he studied foreign languages and then graduated in Economics.
After graduation he spent 6 years in London working for international companies in the staff satisfaction and market research sectors.
Since his return to Italy he has continued working in the field of consultancy and research on employee engagement/satisfaction as an Affiliate of Towers Perrin-ISR, adding to this the complementary activity of creativity group facilitator.

In his spare time he volunteers as a clown in Milanese hospitals.
