Graduated at the age of 24 in Business Economics with honours, delivered a thesis about the respect of human rights in business companies, he spent a year in France studying at the Ecole Superiure de Commerce in Grenoble, one of the most important management schools in France.

After being president of the Aiesec Italy National Commettee (international NGO with more than 500 members in Italy) Alessio became Business Coach and Excetra Partner, where he now deals with leadership programmes, communication, selling, excellence in customer service, business development (strategic planning, organization). Moreover, with Excetra he delivers public courses about people management and time management.

Alessio is keen on running and ran the New York Marathon 2007.
