Tim is trained facilitator and has attended the annual Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI) in Buffalo, NY, USA, since 1993. He is a life member of the Creative Education Foundation. He facilitates the Osborn-Parnes CPS process and other creativity and personal and professional development workshops for companies, individuals and at creativity conferences around the world.
Tim has been invited to present at creativity and personal and corporate development conferences around the world including South Africa, Turkey, Greece, Italy, France, Germany and the United States.
Tim's first professional career was in the Real Estate Mortgage Banking Industry. He holds an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business Administration. His last position before leaving the industry in 1999 was as Vice-President of the National Accounts Group at Berkshire Mortgage Finance, where Tim was responsible for arranging nearly $700 million of financing for his clients.
He left that career, moved to Paris and is focusing his energies on the world of facilitation, group dynamics and creativity.
