Sylvain Rouillard is a psychologist. For about twenty years, he has delivered presentations, offered courses in communication, creativity, idea-generation and problem solving methods in organizations in the private and the public sectors.
He also teaches the Psychology of creativity at l'Université du Québec à Montréal.
He is among the collaborators of the Service de formation sur mesure of UQAM and of An Idea Whose Time Has Come Inc., a consulting and training firm in organizational creativity.
He has been a leader for about ten years at the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo, where he received the Colleague award.
