Managing Director Qualitative, Synovate Italy - Global Director of Innovation.

In 1993 Rossana started to work as Qualitative Senior Research Executive in Research International, in charge especially of the account of Unilever Innovation Centres and of many other International Clients.
From 1999 to 2007 Rossana has been at the head of the Qualitative Department of RI Italy
In the last 12 years she has been involved not only in Marketing Research, but also in Innovation, at first as brainstorming facilitator. Then in 2002 she took care of the Italian launch of the RI Innovation Bureau. For 5 years she has been an integral part of the International Team in charge of the development of the entire funnel of Global Innovation in RI (qualitative, creative and also quantitative).
In June 2007 Rossana joined Synovate, an important International Institute, where she has a double position: Italian Managing Director Qualitative and Global Director of Innovation, with the task to develop a Synovate’s approach to the Innovation processes at global level.
Moreover, she is a member of the Global Qualitative Board.
Rossana graduated with first class honours in Philisophy and specialized in Anthropology and Psychoanalysis.
