Quinten de Bruine was trained as an environmental engineer. After finishing his study in 1996 Quinten became a management consultant at Nehem Consultants in The Netherlands. A few years later he became partner at this firm. Quinten worked with businesses in both the profit as in the non-profit sector. In the early years at Nehem the projects had a focus on (total) quality management and interim management. Generally the aim became more to make the mission explicit and implement it with the employees. Every employee got in a certain way involved in the realization of the mission. Involved and inspired, that are the key words.
After working at one of the largest logistical firms in the Netherlands Quinten started his own firm Widi Management Consultants a few years ago. His focus is to combine CPS with other proved management techniques. He uses theory with his practical experience in order to help his clients to obtain their objectives.
