Olwen has thirty years of international experience in creative and innovative thinking applied to all areas of organizations.
She co-founded Worlding, an intercultural strategic consultancy based in Paris, in 1999, www.worlding.com. Her main focus is on training facilitators for innovation projects and on designing and leading multi-cultural teambuilding projects.
Olwen is bicultural and bilingual, American and French. She is a certified Clinical Psychologist and has a Masters degree in Economics.
She is also a certified MBTI and NBI practitioner.
Olwen is a frequent leader at conferences such as the Creative Problem Solving Institute (USA), CREA (Italy), ACRE (South Africa) and Créa-Université (France).
She facilitates a worldwide network of creative thinking specialists.
