Maren’s passion for creativity stems from witnessing how it can unleash productive potentials when it is nourished.
She views the ability to innovate as any organization’s key to prospering and believes that energized,creative people are THE solution to the world’s problems.
Maren acquired her M.S. in Creative Studies in Buffalo with focus on connections between innovation, change (Appreciative Inquiry) & creative working culture.
She holds an M.S. in Occupational Psychology and is a trained systemic consultant.
Currently she’s applying her learnings to consulting in Germany & Belgium with Jeffrey Baumgartner, www.jpb.com.
In her next life, Maren plans to be a rockstar – which means she sings & writes whenever she finds a moment to spare.
