Luciano Boccucci has worked in Human Resources for twelve years in several global contexts both in Italy and abroad. Luciano has a Master’s Degree in Philosophy, a Master in Human Resources Management, a Master Practitioner in NLP.
He holds a certificate from the Corporate Coach University in Coaching.  He is an associate of the International Coach Federation.
He is also currently enrolled at the International Centre for Studies in Creativity, Buffalo State College for the Master Science in Creativity and Innovation.

As an agent for change, both in personal and company transitional situations, he has also gained significant experience in effective leadership management. Using the coaching and the creativity approaches, he has fulfilled the role of Business Partner to his clients for whom he developed strategic and challenging projects.
He is principally involved in Strategic Management, Change Management, Leadership Development and Alignment paying particular attention to Creative Solutions.
