Isabelle has been a French trainer and consultant in Creativity and Innovation for over 15 years. She was associate director at GIMCA for 6 years, the training and consulting company of Hubert Jaoui, specialized in creativity. She graduated from a business school, is a NLP practitionner. She ís been trained in pedagogical engineering, teambuilding and coaching. Isabelle is also a member of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) and of the EACI (European Association for Creativity and Innovation).
She runs her own business within Iris, a consulting network she created in Paris. Her focus is implementing innovation, creative skills and building teams in business, public services, NGO, and engineering schools. She designed the creative tool known as the "S.T.R.E.T.C.H. wheel" and is adapting it in English with Maggie Dugan. She designed the first french webportal on creativity www.iris-consultants.com.
She might have been a "jester" in a previous life as she likes to perform as a dancer, a singer or a clown.
