Francesco is a chemist who afterwards got an MBA in 1992 while working in a multinational chemical company. He kept his corporate life for 24 years in Costa Rica , Brazil and México. During these years he achieved outstanding results with his workers focusing on “soft” administrative skills as motivation, team building, leadership and creativity. He finally declined a promotion to the headquarters in Switzerland for a world-wide job and quit.

Since 2005, during the second part of his life, he has been using this management knowledge teaching and supporting businesses as coach, consultant and facilitator in México and Central America. Additionally he has been dedicated to start new enterprises especially in the agronomic-technology sector when innovation is required. He now owns a hotel, and he is teaching Administration at the Universidad de Costa Rica. He speaks Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and English.
