Analyst of complex organizations, FP is senior consultant and trainer in the field of organization and communication for public and private companies.

From 1993 to 2002 he carried out research in the building sector for QUASCO (BO). As a freelance journalist he has written about marketing, innovation, music, travelling and ... lingerie (!); he has been in charge of press offices and managed editorial projects both traditional and on the Web.

In 2002 he co-founded, with Nicola Piepoli, Trend&Co., a market research brokerage company. He started to lead creative groups at the age of 17, with his first music band, then Enzo Spaltro’s t-groups came, before the illuminating experience of Creative Problem Solving and the first edition of CREA.

Co-founder of the network Poliassociati, since 2003 he has been a professional facilitator in ideative & creative groups led, among others, for Banca Intesa, Palmolive, Dole, Research International, Indesit, Poste Italiane.

He is the leader of the nu-jazz band Live Tropical Fish. He loves bringing new music into the group thanks to CPS.

He shows a natural disposition for divergent thinking.
