Diane holds a Master degree from Concordia University in Human Systems, and as an OD consultant her practice focuses on Creative Problem Solving, Group Process Facilitation, Coaching and Leadership Development, Change and Transition Management, and Action Learning. She is a certified user of the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Instrument (KAI), and of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a trainer of the Simplex Transformation Process, and she is certified to deliver the William Bridges' Managing Organizational Transition seminar.
Diane is a leader at the Annual Creative Problem Solving Insitute in Buffalo. She is an Associate of the Consulting firm An Idea whose time as come, Inc. and she currently teaches at both Sherbrooke University and Saint-Paul University.
