Clara is a partner of PIENSA, a consulting firm in México City, specializing in organizational development and creativity training and facilitation. She works with organizations across Mexico, Latin America Europe and China facilitating creativity and innovation, helping manage change and transition, and enhance teamwork and leadership.

Clara has more than 20 years of experience. She has worked extensively for many corporations, in several different fields, including consumer goods, publishing and other media, cosmetics, insurance, telecommunications, online services, advertising, and social services.Throughout her career, she has helped major corporations to create bottom-line innovation, marketing, new product, and workplace transformation programs. In the process, she’s seen how barriers to creative and innovation are also barriers to success — for individuals and for groups.

She has trained more than thousand of executives in improving their thinking skills and their ability to communicate their ideas. She is an internationally recognized keynote speaker on the subject of creative intelligence and how organizations can foster more productive thinking environments. Clara holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Innovation from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State College, and .General Secretary for the PDMA Mexico. She is a member of the American Creativity Association.
