The Art of Deferring Judgment (En)

Deferring judgment and curiosity are interlinked cornerstones of creativity. We are all born curious, and as children, we use our curiosity to explore and learn about the world. However our curiosity tends to fade as we grow and develop into adults! We need to encourage curiosity to keep it alive. What holds people back from being more curious? A key barrier to curiosity is judgement. Judgment blocks the freedom and openness necessary for curiosity. This program is based on the learning power of experience, using interactive exercises to explore how setting aside judgment on yourself, on others and on what you produce allows you to reframe judgment into openness and the desire for learning and an attitude of curiosity.
