Creativity: Accelerating Change within the Corporate World (Fr) - NEW in 2010!
Organizations now have to deal with complex challenges. Creativity is a must to help introduce change into unsteady sectors, in order to ignite the transformation needed to survive in these uncertain times. This programme will focus on how to build a common and engaging vision, before starting the creative process. It will help to generate more accurate creative challenges, and create new team dynamics. The leaders will focus on relating with your own personal and/or professional context and will apply a variety of tools and techniques in order to achieve the goal. This approach is very practical and can be applied immediately, however more advanced CPS users will also gain research insights.
