CPS THINKING SKILLS

We firmly believe that every individual is in some way creative. A powerful method for accessing and applying your creativity is the Creative Problem Solving Process (CPS) and the Thinking Skills that are employed when using the process. CPS is a structured process that promotes flexibility of thought. It is a proven method for approaching a problem or a challenge in an imaginative, innovative way.
The CPS process has undergone continuous development and research since it was first developed in the 1950's. This program, CPS Thinking Skills, is based on the most recent developments in the evolution of the CPS model.
In this program, you will develop a working knowledge of the CPS and the Thinking Skills Framework. You will work as part of an interactive group, in a highly experiential environment.

Languages:

• English: one class in English (a good level of English is required)
• Italian: one class in Italian (a good level of Italian is required)

Learning Objectives - Participants will be able to:

• Become familiar with the Creative Problem Solving process and the Thinking Skills framework;
• Assess individual areas of strength as well as areas needing further development within this framework;
• Apply CPS Thinking Skills to overcome individual and collective challenges;
• Develop behaviors and attitudes that can deliberately boost creativity and innovation
