In this program, based on the most recent developments in the evolution of the CPS model, you will develop a working knowledge of the CPS and the Thinking Skills Framework. You will work as part of an interactive group, in a highly experiential environment.

This program will focus on the principles and practices that lie at the core of skillful facilitation and help individuals to create a dynamic group setting in which people truly collaborate, come up with creative solutions, and make sound decisions.

This program will provide participants with further exposure to problem-solving tools and techniques drawn from several areas of theory and practice.
